Do you think these setting are good for default?

Sound : On
Frequency : 44KHz
GFX engine : PSP accel. + accu. soft
Frameskip : 0
Rendering : Full
Render Pal as NTSC : Off (I really don't know the point of this)
Smoothing : On
Speed Limit : On
Video sync : Off (I really don't know the point of this)
Gamma Correction : Off

CPU clock : 333MHz
Show FPS : Off

Also int the controls I disable the frameskip + & - & the turbo. So while I'm playing the game it won't go crazy.

Another question when can I use Render Pal as NTSC & Video sync?

I think frameskip should be between 2 and 3 for most ROMs.
And I think sound is more stable on 22khz.
