i downloaded everything, that snex and eboot... now what folder do i place the downloaded games???

you could pretty much put the rom images anywhere you want just as long as you remember where it's located in the memory stick. ex) e:\(games go here), e:\porn\(games go here), e:\porn\gaystuff\(games go here), e:\PSP\Game\snes9xtyl\moregaystuff\(games go here)
it doesn't matter where you put it as long as you rout the rom path to it, unless you're stupid then you shouldn't be running emu on your PSP and update your firmware as many times as Sony could put them out.
