Whenever i accept the agreement thing at the start of SNES9X, that message comes up (and disapears before i can read the rest) then it takes me to an empty ROM list, where there should be ROMs that i've put in.
How do i fix it so that error message stops coming up?

Okay, press triangle a few time to take you to your MS root (not MP_ROOT, the folder with PSP and MP_ROOT), then navigate yourself to your ROM list. Back-up all your stuff to your comp, then format your MS, and try again.

hey im getting the same message, everytime i press triangle it crashes. i formated my ms and it still happens. any ideas?

are you using Fanjitas Eloader to boot the emu? if so its a problem with the loader which Fanjita will fix just wait.
