I just wanted to know if you were planning to poke around with it since now it should be pretty easy to access the VFPU having support for VFPU opcodes been added in GAS and binutils in the latest PSPSDK revision. What could it be used for ? Maybe scaling, rotation... any place you use or could use floating-point vectors and/or matrices (and also re-convert to fixed point if needed). Good luck with 0.3 Panajev

it could add some speed for dspX (dsp1, dsp2, ...) games and for sure superFX ones too (starfox, yoshi's island, ...) well, if I've some times to play with it, maybe in snes9XTYL 0.4 or 0.5....

That is great to hear... I think it will be something to get the SuperFX games running full tilt.

Wow, just the fact that Yoyo is saying hes gonna continue TYL to versions 4 and 5 are reason enough to bow down and worship. Good stuff! Ive been dying to get some SuperFX action going on a portible for a long time. Since laptops have crap batteries, that helped put it out of the question for me, but now that I can possibly do that on my PSP..... WOW. *bows down and worships Yoyo*
