Dear creators of snes9xTYL, thank you for this amazing emulator! I'm glad I have firmware 1.50 - so I can enjoy the new speed increase due to alternate sound mixing in version 0.3 soon. I guess then we have a pretty much perfect portable SNES-emu (I don't care about the SuperFX-chip-games). As a huge Street Fighter - fan I got really excited how well SFA2 already runs with version 0.2c. When selecting "Full (clipped)" as display-mode, nearly the whole play field gets displayed on the PSP-screen. If you could just "move the picture a little more upwards" (maybe 20 pixels or so?) it would be PERFECT. Here are screenshots of "Street Fighter Alpha 2", "Street Fighter II Turbo" and "Super Street Fighter II". They aren't 100% accurate, but come pretty close to how those games are displayed on the PSP with "Full (Clipped)": So, could you please add a "Full (Clipped) Streetfighter" - display mode to the next release? ~j4p

hmm it's something interesting you pointed there.... I'll think about adding a per game settings for screen position (horizontal & vertical shifting ability)

hey, that would be a really cool option. i like street fighter a lot, too and always wandered, why the screen is so "strange" in these games...

Do you think you could add a stretch option? Becausewhen I'm playing FF3 or Chrono Trigger, theres black borders around the whole screen, so its not really full screen, and full clipped cuts off some of te top and bottom.

LOL - that was fast! Thank you very much for implementing the "Calibrate screen" - option! It works flawless. Although I use every pixel of my PSP none of the fighters seems to be "too fat" . "Street Fighter II Turbo" runs at frameskip 0 and 44kHz sound with perfect speed! "Street Fighter Alpha 2" runs close to perfection at frameskip 1 with the same sound-setting. Note: don't use the "Full (Clipped)" - mode, but the "Full". Calibrate Screen: Push Up on the digipad until the picture reaches the upper border. Then press Down on the analog disc until the whole screen is filled (Capcom fighters). @bla@ckm@ge: This definitely solves your problem, too. edit: MrHelix was faster.
