Yes, this problem has been noted over and over again. Now, since it has been said by just about a billion people now, the odds are that Yoyo has noticed it and is working on it for the next release. If you'll remember, there were 2 quick updates to Snes TYL version 2, so no doubt, Yoyo will probably poof up some of his famous magic, fix the problem and re-release the emu for you to enjoy.

actually, if you check your save file, it's saving the files, for some reason it's not seeing the files and loading them. i've been playing with it all day, but i've got full faith in yoyofyr? is that spelled right? anyways, as an rpger, i'm anxious for the fix, but i'll wait as long as it takes. thanks guys, you're by far the best.

actually if you take only the eboot of the new version 0.3 and put it in place of the eboot on the 0.2 version all save states and etc will be retained.... VERIFIED
firmware 2.0 eboot loader 0.9
SFA2 - 50 fps ki - 50fps Tales of phantasia - 50fps
u just have to mess with each roms settings to get the max results just like the last time a new snes emu came out.

See a couple of threads above; "Striking Discovery reenable save states on 2.0" thecradle found that if you change your icon from being a 24bit bmp back to an 8bit bmp (ie by swapping for the 0.2c logo) everything works fine. You can simply convert the new logo to 256 colours yourself using a graphics imaging program like photoshop.

If you look closely, you'll notice that thecrade, is also the author of THIS thread. So basically, you just pulled a stupid on a public forum. Good job.
