The user mode version comes with 2 folders in the snes9xTYL-0.3 folder: Unpatched and kexploit ready-3 EBOOT.PBP files in total. What one do I put in my PSP/GAME/snes9xTYL folder with the logo to get the emu working?

Use the unpatched version with the eboot loader.
I presume because you need to use user mode you're on 2.00, there's no point in using it if you're on 1.50, the media engine version is much faster.

and if u have 2.0 its usually better to go with 0.2c, its alot faster then the 0.3 (usermode)
