Super Mario Kart Super Mario World

I just started downloading roms and most of them seem to work except for mario kart and super mario world. they work fine on the computer but when i play mario kart on the psp, i can't see anything when the race starts. when i play mario world it works fine until i get to the first castle when you have to beat that thing in the lava. i get the same problem as in mario kart, i can only see the top of the screen the rest is blocked. bust a move doesn't work either. whats wrong? please help

You lack mode 7 graphics, make sure you don't use the pure accelerated mode... try the soft + accelerated or the full soft mode.
