Install for SNES Emulator on PSP with version 2.0

i am confused on this install. i understand that i need this eLoader.... but i do not understand how to install it and associate it with the snes emulator. the instructions are confusing to me. forgive me for not being technologically inclined.

could anybody please lend me some assistance as i am lost with this. possibly somebody who has a PSP with version 2.0 and has installed it on theirs could offer some advice?

ps. i also happen to have GTA Liberty City Stories if thats needed.. but i understood that was for PSP's with 2.1+ software.

pps. i realize that these posts anger the amins... but its just that I've tried everything posted already. all out of ideas... plus i spent awhile researching this eLoader thing.. i just don't know how to associate it with the emumator.... it mentioned something about the PSP's picture viewer and using it to open the file. I'm lost. I'll keep trying though if no one can help me.
