Well, if you are angry, just code one yourself :-) People do spend a lot of FREE TIME (= outside of work / educating the kids / study) to code those emu and aren't paid to do so. If the only reward they have is : "your time and effort spent is a real pile of s**t, please do better or publish nothing next time !" I would suggest you to reconsider the fact that it is free software. While I agree that a PS emu should be far more efficient if done correctly (it is obvious that one must use the PSP GPU to do the rendering of the ps1), it is a will of the whole community of programmer to do so. When people are not happy, then they code it themself. Think that programmer have 10x more frustration than you have because "it doesnt work like you would like it to be". So relax... Or be angry and code a new one yourself Now thank you anyway for your good feedback about TYL. We are always happy as users say it is good. The Snes is quite a difficult platform to emulate at good speed.

Just shut up and wait. Sony themselves are in the midst of coding a PS one emulator, and that means it won't be a stupid and simple port like so many other emulators. Laxer3A Edit : Hum do you think it is a good manner to ask people to "shut up" ? You should relax too... I didnt know, he didnt know may be neither.

It is really frustrating for coders, I'm sure. I'm a freakin' wreck just trying to learn simple C so that I can learn to code the simplest app/game for the PSP in my spare time. I can only imagine the hard work and frustration that a real programmer has with something like an emulator.
