it seems when i load up the rs3 rom, the menus look with problems, i cant read a thing, i am using the translated rom, but it seems like the problem is with the emulator, because it works fine on Zsnes and Snes9x (for PC)...

This is a issue that people have mentioned before on these boards, I think either Yoyo or Laxer responded in one of the old threads that they will look into it. This problem was discussed in one of the Chinese PSP boards that I frequent, and I've heard someone mention that certain versions of the UO SNES emulator displays the menu font properly, but I haven't tested this for myself.
