First of all, I would like to thank TYL for the great job of snesTYL 0.4. snesTYL 0.4 is advanced in many features, especially for its speed.
Well... But unfortunately it looks like to have the L+R issue as xlxlxl has told. Even if we can change the menu key to be the one other than L+R, it seems that the simultaneous push of L and R does not work properly.
So I cannot play the final fantasy series, because the combination of L+R is used for running away in these games..
YoyoFR... You have told that this is known issue and should be resolved in 0.4.2. Then could I ask that when we can try the 0.4.2 version, and if we can try the ME version of 0.4.2?
And is there any workaround for this issue with 0.4ME?

some game are not exactly playable like that. Chrono Trigger has a place where you need to input password which is L + R + A. If you can't use combination of L + R. You simply can not pass that part.

For the ME version, could it be possible to use the sound/EQ button for the menu?

just put left and right trigger with the same button.
and you will run at final fantasy series

i played thjrough chorno trigger not knowing HOW to run away, and i finished with an ungodly high level. dont be a puss, just fight.

Face it, this is actually a big problem, and this, the "3" apearing bug, and the crashing when exit are preventing me from using this. |
