Its small but its there.
the top of the screen flickers and does this little up and down action... driving me crazy, and the L+R button combo doesnt point the gun up.. (but this is known)
other than this the game runs PERFECTLY.

The flickering line thing is in Clock Tower too, and it's even worse there. Also, save states randomly lose the sound (not recoverable by going into the menu) in Super Metroid as well, but doesn't seem to crash the way games with translation patches applied does.

Sometimes it works and sometimes all you hear is some noise and then the fps decrease dramatically 60-->22 and then the game freezes

(but this is known) other than this the game runs PERFECTLY. Im not sure why the L+R doesnt work, since it works on both (E!) and (JU!) for myself, im using an orignal 1.50 running ME version of course. As far as the little line at the top and sometimes at the bottom, i get that also, what i did was adjusted the screen a tad using the Screen Calibration menu ^^ Fixed the problem in seconds. Also i noticed that you lose your real in game saves unless you set the option to save sram after change to yes, save states sometimes lock up and give no sound, i had that happen to me playing super metroid, what i did was loaded my last real srm save and played from there, problem fixed . Maybe Corruption on the save but im not sure, exiting snes tyl is a pain the the ass IMHO, so i dont tinker with it much unless im really playing a game. Mhm, plus it is beta isnt it? But hey it will be fixed im sure.

Well its not so much of a line, but a flickering of the top of the image..
like where the game screen ends at the TOP of the screen where the game data is begins. data like energy, selected weapons...
that partition flickers and moves.
It cleared up slightly I thought when i knocked the sound sampling from 44 to 33... but its still there. Havent had any sound glitches yet, but I set SRAM to auto update..
