I was just wondering if it would be possible to ditch the .ZA* structure for TYL, and instead have an option where you can save the state as a .00* (Snes9x) or .ZS* (Zsnes)
The one major thing I hate is that I can't move my save states back and forth between my computer and my PSP. When im at home, I really don't want to be playing my games on the small screen. And if I have a save state at a point where I won't be able to save to the SRAM for quite sometime... then im stuck playing on the PSP for a long time...
At least consider this feature please. I'm sure it would make a lot of people happy.
Then again, I don't even know if its possible...

I'm not sure it will be easy to add such options : - zsnes has a specific format, I'll see if I can work something, but it won't be for next release... - snes could work but : current file format include a snapshot so it can't be read by snes9x and snes9x windows/linux is much more recent than s9xTYL. So I'm not sure it will work even if I do an export without the snapshot...

Well, if it can't be done... then it can't be done.
