I tried playing some games on the .96 so the emulators would run faster. Sure, the emulators run faster but the .96 eloader doesn't load some roms. The roms that usually worked with the .97 roms don't work anymore like the Pokemon Brown hack I had and Super Metroid.
What's causing this? More Compatability issues?
