Ideal 0.4.2 Settings

Im not sure if this has been posted, but I really need to know what settings work best with the emulator. While some of my games had sped up in this version, some have slowed down. Chrono trigger has suffered, and FF3. I have it on default at the moment, any changes I should be doing ?

there are so so so many threads on this so search this forum
e.g. use eloader .96 to get 333mhz to work etc
