I just wanted to know the absolute correct method to doing this. Currently I have the roms unzipped, and have been reluctant to re-zip them as once I put all the roms for each module in a single zip file, thinking this would work, but it didn't, but what was worse than that was when I re-unzipped them back, trying to run LJP gave me a whole bunch of "error while unzipping" related messages, and this was only corrected by reverting back to an earlier version to clear any reason this happened, and eventually going back to a more current version.
So, even though I have yet to try it and I probably will do so upon logging off here, but I'm assuming the correct method is to put each rom in its own zip file so LJP can properly read it. We'll see... ~crosses fingers~

Yep. That would be the way to do it.
