Hello Wow, I just keep finding more cool stuff on the web! Now that my PSP (1.50) was just flashed to the Dark Alex Firmware of 3.03 OE-C, My eyes are open now!! I came across this site from another, lookin into homebrew stuff. Questions: -What version of this Emulator should I download -If the standard, do I just copy folders: s9xTYLme and s9xTYLme% to the GAME150 folder of my PSP? -Are the "ROMS" that this emulator uses in a "xxxxx.zip" format? -Where do the "ROMS" go on my PSP? Thanks for any help. Man, I had no idea so many people are pushing the PSP to the edges!! Take that Sony! Thanks for all the hard work on this Emulator, I hear good stuff about it..

read the forum dude.. all OE's work like 1.5 put both folders in /psp/game150/.. get the ME version.. and read the readme. Why didn't you just try it?

OK, installed the ME version... loads up nicely... Now here is the problem... I have tons of SNES Roms but none will play... I place them in the ROMS folder, navigate to it and it wont run, or dumps my PSP. Are the ROMS supposed to be in the ".zip" format, or do you unzipped them, and place the contents in the ROMS folder? I tried both, neither will run... garbage on screeen or dumps PSP.
Are there special ROMS only for PSP in SNES? I'm not asking where to get them... just checking to see what format this Emulator needs to run them.
Thanks.

Roms may be zipped or unzipped, it shouldn't matter File types for roms I've seen are .smc and .fig

Thanks for info.
Well I tried about 12 different games, either in .zip or .smc format and none load up... actually crashed my PSP 75% of the times or cheksum error type stuff. I'm positive these are good roms, as they work on my PC emulator.

check to make sure there is only one ROM within each zip file. i think i've seen the same problem with other users that was caused by this

Yes, using the latest Emulator.
Will delete it all, reinstall and try more ROMS again.
Thanks.

make sure it's in /game150 and you have both folders in there Anyway this is more of a general how-to-install issue, and people at for example maxconsole or qj.net forums would be better suited to help you cuz this forum is almost dead
