yoyofr92.free.fr/psp/snespsp.html for starters ME can only be used if your PSP is of a proper firmware for kernel mode support (i.e. 1.5, or any of the custom firmwares) It uses the media engine for sound, freeing up some processing time on the main CPU for other emulation making things overall faster. Standard (or user) is generally slower but can be used on any firmware My attention is drawn to your name "mariorpgfan" so I feel obligated to point out that either way, mario rpg runs very slow on this emulator. We're talking ~8-9 fps on a 8-9 frameskip. flat out unplayable by most people's standards

super mario rpg has an extra chip the emulator has to emulate making it slow.. play that on PC
