I'm sorry if this has been addressed at some point, but I've looked through the threads without finding anything that seems to be pertinent. I don't really know what I'm doing. I'm using the Me version of this emulator to play Secret of Mana, one of my all-time favorite games. It goes okay, for the most part, but there's this irritating problem with the music. It slows down whenever there's a dialogue box on the screen. Fighting, presence of enemies, etc. don't seem to trigger this, but any dialogue--opening a chest, talking to a merchant, crit on a monster--makes the background music slow to about half its intended tempo. Is there any way to fix this? I appreciate any help!

I don't really understand how to reply to that. Like I said, I'm a complete and total noob when it comes to the PSP. I'm running OE 3.4-a and the Me version of the emulator. The rom is a .smc file. Everything else is on default settings.

Thank you! The sound is normal now! I really appreciate it. Secret of Mana is one of my favorite games ever, and the music is practically the best part!
