can you use the snes9xtyl to read txt files?

hey all, first off thanks to the guys that cameup with this amazing little emu...i love it,since i have had it on my psp its the only thing im using...rekindled my love for old school gaming!

neway straight to the point, im having trouble reading text files on the psp. ive tried putting text files in the FAQ subdirectory but it seems to crash everytime i try and open any txt file. it then restarts my psp. this is the only thing bothering me and everything else seems to work perfectly...any ideas as to what the problem maybe? i was told on a different forum that u can read some types of text files using the emulator is this true or am i just being dumb? if you can how do u do it?

Which of these 2 options depends on what you want to use the text files for:
Option 1: put any .txt in the /FAQ folder and then load up the game you want to play
go back to the emulator's main menu, go under "MISC" and pick "view file" - you should be able to pick your .txt from there

Option 2: find the 1mhz text file reader, it'll save battery power
