Alright, after loading up one of my favorite SNES titles, "EVO Search for Eden" I noticed that during game play that a large portion of the screen is darker than it should be. (This is about the top four fifths of the screen. The bottom 'strip' is the proper brightness/contrast/w/e) This does not occur during any menus, on the title screen, or on the overworld map. I have tried multiple copies of this game and they have similar effects. So... I'm posting for a couple of things: First, could someone else go grab a copy of EVO and see if it does the same for you, and two, does anyone know if there is a menu on the snes9xTYL that allows you to disable the various sprite layers?(This may provide a quick fix)

Nevermind. I fixed it by turning on the 'No Transparency' option in Misc->Hack/debug menu.
One must turn it back on at the map to see anything though.
Oh well.
