None of the codes work?

Hey there guys, I'm using snes9xTYL 0.4.2ME. I haven't got ANY cheats to work yet. This is what I do: I fire up my SNES rom, enter a level, find a code on the internet and then it gives an error. I can't read what it says cause it's too fast. Then I go enable the cheat in the menu that sayd Enable code but it doesn't work. (FYI: I've tried 7E001902 code, Pro Action Replay on Super Mario World)

Could anyone PLEASE help me?!

I believe they just don't work with this version, I think ruka fixed it in the ++ version
