snes9xtyl on firmware 3.40 oe-a

i just bought my psp off my friend, it has firmware 3.40 oe-a. i dont know what to do or how to do it. which folder to put the game, which version of snes9xtyl to download and which folder to put it. is there anything else that i need in order to play games on my psp beside games and snes9xtyl. can anyone please help me. thanks
