Help: GG/AR.

I've been surfing the net for the answer, but atlas, can't find any help.

So I'm very sorry if this has been asked a lot, or if I shouldn't ask.

The issue I'm having is getting Game Genie and/or (pro) Action Replay codes to work (for one game so far).

I can get the codes to work on zsnes, but I can't use that on my psp..and i hate it.

The game; Mega Man X2.
The codes (i won't post them, unless you want me to): One shoot death gun, or inf HP.

The Inf HP works the opposite, ie: instead of not dieing, more damage is done to me (when turned on on snes9x).


Can anyone help?
possible PM me with a site that has know working codes?

Or should I fig out the hex codes (>< would suck to have to) and use them?

If I recall correctly, all cheat codes do not work on the latest version.. this issue has been resolved in Ruka's build though

It'll work fine on any PSP that has the 1.5 kernel (i.e. everything but a slim )

Well i thought cool beans...

i replaced that eboot with the one in the folder, and now it just crashes.

I use the ME version that can be downloaded at the main page.

So maybe i did something wrong?

Also, that site had to deal with NesterJ, the NES emu...
I didn't read anything about snes T.T

The eboot file to download made the Icons on my PSP change, but again, it would crash and tell me the game could not be started.

Has this bug been fixed for 3.71 m33-4 on slim yet? I'm running version 4.2 ME and still PAR codes don't work.

it has nothing to do with what custom firmware version you run

I know that but they said the version that has GG/PAR code functionality only runs on older cfw. Has it been resolved for newer fw yet?

Search for Chilly Willy's port of Ruka's version to 3.xx firmwares.

In the worst case, you can apply a GG code to an SNES rom permanently with SNESpatch from --removed, see below--

The link you provided is for Nintendo DS stuff. There is absolutely nothing there about SNES
