Hi Guys,
I just made an interesting discovery regarding memory clean up in UDMH. I found that when my palm crashes in LJP, it does not clear up the memory. The memory appears to be lost. with UDMH set up to clean the memory, it should clean up the memory when you exit LJP. If it crashes, it doesn't exit and is not cleaned up. If you want it to be cleaned up after the crash, open LJP again (you will see reduced memory free from crash), and exit the application. Then reenter UDMH and click INFO. You will see that your free mem is all available again because it has cleaned it up again after closing.
Anyway I thought this was weird because I would assume it cleans up the memory before hand as well. Anyways, just a helpful note for those having memory issues.

UPDATE: -The previous post's statements also apply to ZDoomZ. -Also, with ZDoomZ (and LJP I assume), I have found that if it has crashed, and you haven't performed the procedure explained in the last post to clean up your memory, then you install a new version overtop of the old one, the memory will not be cleaned up from the previous version. It cannot free up that memory ever again using the procedure unless you do a hard reset. I still need to try to copy the old version back overtop of the new one to see if it can clean it up.
hope this helps people some more when we get a new version released, make sure you clean up your memory before installing a new version.
