I made sure to browse through the forum before posting, but if I missed a similar post I apologize. I downloaded the newest version of snes9xTYL this morning and was easily able to install it and get the games working. But I'm having a few problems with it. - The emulator will scroll through the menus without me touching any buttons. - Pressing a directional button once will register as the direction being pressed several times. - In game, my characters always run to the left (and down if possible). I've got a fat PSP with 3.03 OE-C custom firmware, and so far snes9xTYL is the only thing that hasn't worked perfectly. Any advice as to why it might be doing that? Thanks in advance

You can try using the JoySens plugin for cfw and see if your analog stick is behaving erratically, it's possible snes9xTYL is just configured to respond more sensitively then other programs...
Mine was doing the same thing as your last point a while back, I physically opened up the stick and brushed off the contacts and it was working again... it happened again though, and this time I opened the stick too far - the spring popped out and now I need a new analog stick module, 1-2 weeks to go before that gets here !

mine did the same after I changed my faceplate n I had one screw on too tight (the one near the left trigger) But I tweaked it and now it's fine
