except neocd.bin all files are included, just copy them in the right directory www.google.comsearch for neocd.bin first entry will get you the bin file |

ipl.txt is in each of the roms you should've gotten. if it's not then you have a bad source for roms

i donno if Neo Geo Roms work
i use Neo Geo CD ISO, but I had to extract ISO using winrar to work

oo those are regular neogeo roms files I believe. the neogeo cd roms have many many files like.. ARTC_OBJ.SPR and TTL_OTBL.PRG well at least mine do. I know sources for roms are not supposed to be discussed here so I won't say anything as to where they are, but that's how they should be I believe
