Need help installing on treo 650

Ok, I'm sure I'm just missing something, but I just got my 650 and I'm REALLY excited to get little john installed.

Do I NEED a memory card? it seems like the instructions are saying I don't, but I can't figure out how to get the .zem files installed. I installed and ran ljp, but that doesn't seem to help, and I've even tried using nomoremp3trick, but that doesn't help either. it says there are no volumes available. I guess I DO need a memory card?

Haven't tried without a memory card. It works great with a memory card (and UDMH). If you haven't got your free SD card yet, go here:

so, is there a way to make it work without a memory card?

I suppose you could attempt to create the directories and subdirectories that LJP requires to run using a program like FileZ (if you google for the word FileZ you'll find plenty of places to download it from.)

I havn't tried it, but if you still have trouble with it, post again, and I'll take my card out, and see if I can get it to work with out it....

At this point in time you have to have a memory card. You should be able to get one for fairly cheap.
