If I choose demo game and watch the full motion video after this if I choose game start it freezes at the player select screen it will no longer work I have to take it completely off my memory card and put it back on it must currupt it some how. How ever if I never select the demo game it works fine any idea what could cause this?

It happens only if it can't play your mp3s : if you don't hear the music during the demo, it means you're going to have a crash.
It's stupid, it shouldn't crash like that but for now I have no idea why it does that.
I just tried the demo followed by a game on my version and it works fine, and if I put my mp3s to 0 bytes, then it crashes !
The best part is that if you erase totally the mp3s instead of having them at 0 bytes, then it works !
Stupid program... !!!
