Neocdpsp 0.9 : the hunt for bugs continues !

Actually you almost had savestates in this release, but I had a very busy week, and so I didn't have the time and motivation to finish this part.
But since there are quite a lot of fixes in this version compared to 0.8, and I had the help of 2 contributors this time, I decided I had to release it anyway.

So here is version 0.9. Mainly a bugfix release, the only real changes are the enhanced select mode by camiyu1, and the ability to change the sound volume (and the mp3 volume).

thank you for the release zelruker, and congratulation for the the work and time you spend on that emulator which is in my opinion the best on PSP.
I forgot to ask if it will be possible to costumise all buttons (not only the L & R like in the 0.8u2 version) ?
And my next request is about the sleep mode ( you can't resume from sleep mode).Could it be possible to do something (like the resume of snes9xTYL 0.2 for example) ??

ps : i didn't test yet the new release so sorry if all that are already done

Well I never touched the sleep code since version 0.5, mainly because I never use sleep mode !
Actually it works "a little", that is you can resume from sleep mode (I did it from the gui), but if you are in the middle of a game, the game becomes quite unstable and you loose the cd audio track currently playing.

Anyway, it's something I had never noticed.

I also forgot to precise that I will be too busy to work on neocdpsp for at least 1 or 2 weeks !

I can't wait for the savestates.Keep on doing a great job zelruker. I'm glad somebody is still trying to improve this emu.This is by far the best emu out for the PSP.
