fatal error: could not load neocd.bin

i tried the neocd emulator v.9.1
after installing and copy metal slug on the card (i zipped the iso and the mp3 tracks, made the directory with the tracks) it says:

Fatal error: could not load neocd.bin

The Textfile says:
[INSTALL]

/PSP/GAME/NEOCDPSP/
+ EBOOT.PBP
+ STARTUP.BIN
+ loading.bmp
+ logo.bmp
+ NEOCD.BIN (BIOS)

i wonder because the v 0.9.1 zipfile dont have any neocd.bin

hey guys ... im really fed up of looking for the file neocd.bin...
i been tryin to find it for the last 3 days... but no luck...

can anyone please send that file to me somehow?
it'd be a great favour...
