There's a special format that the emulator will recognise.
Here's how it works:
Connect your PSP to your USB cable and enable a connection. Browse to your MemoryStick through your computer and enter the folder of the emulator. Not the one with the % on the end of it's name, but the one that has lots of dashes.. eg.. NEOGEOCD_____________________1
In there is where you create a folder to place the rom files in. For example.. make a folder called Metal Slug and in this folder, create another folder called neocd.mp3. This needs to be done in EVERY game folder you make. neocd.mp3 is where you put all the game's MP3 tracks. Once you get back out of the neocd.mp3 folder, place the actual rom files from the game into the game folder you made.. ie.. all the Metal Slug rom files into the Metal Slug folder.
Make sure they are all in unzipped format otherwise they may not run as smooth as they should.
Oh, and be sure you are using NeoGeo CD rom files and not NeoGeo rom files as this is a NeoGeo CD emulator (a mistake made by many people).
Good luck and let us know how you went.

another noobish question, you would need a bigger memory stick then the normal 32mb one to play any roms with this correct?
