I'm using LJP 0.9.2t on my Zire 71 and I everytime I try to load a game rom (gb or nes) it crashes and I get the following error:
MemoryMgr.c, Line: 2903, MemSet to NULL
reset
Any ideas? I was under the assumption that you only needed UDMH if you were going to run SNES or Genesis games.
I have 8.6mb of free space.
Thanks!

The key to understanding your problem is knowing the difference between Storage and Ram. Ram runs in memory and Storage is where your files/apps are stored. In traditional devices (ie: PC) they are typically seperate components. RAM card for ram, hard drive for storage.
In a PALM device (zire 71), the ram and storage is all ONE flash memory chip. The chip is then divided up into RAM and Storage. The zire 71 memory chip has approx 16megs to work with. It is configured by default to use 1 meg for RAM and 15 for storage. You have said you have 8 megs of available storage space.
What UDMH does it reconfigure your memory chip allocation so that you can use more of your free storage space as memory (your 1 meg now becomes 1+8=9). You will need UDMH to run LJP. Even for NES. Its only $15 and there is NOTHING available like it. We want to support Dmitri (developer) as much as possible to keep these kinds of things coming.
Bottom line: Get UDMH, enable it, you'll be fine.

If you still have problems with UDMH, get version 0.8 instead, unless you want SMS/GG emulation.
