Sweet! Downloading...
edit: Thanks for putting in the multiplayer adapter option! It was a little hard to find, but it works! (I was expecting it to be in the input config page).
Time to update the wiki...

Downloding. The list looks like it fixes the most reported bugs. Sweet!
Edit: One thing I 've noticed is that it does not show that famous dialog about coming back after a reset or a new one. I've also noticed that it does not automatically make a copy into the ram...

Ah... just found the multiadapter option (in LJP Other Options) -- might want to make it disabled by default in the next version Unfortunately, that indeed doesn't appear to be the only issue. Even Super Mario RPG is still black screening.

looks really good. you should implement that option for NES that LJX has where it chops off that strip of junk on the left of the screen.
I think its:
; fix overscan: removes some of the borders to simulate ; the effect of a TV and enhance quality

I think the problem is in the one of the addon modules code. I think that starfox and Super Mario RPG both have an extra chip (the same one?). They both black-screen for me (but i haven't tried 1.1 yet...looks GREAT!)
[prediction] Now another site update discussion will follow for the next month. Eventually Tinnus will update the site, but only after a lot of haggling. [/prediction]

Unfortunately, that indeed doesn't appear to be the only issue. Even Super Mario RPG is still black screening. Super Mario RPG works fine on my end, just needs C core. Still slow, but works. No such luck for StarFox. Black Screen. MarioCart still just shows the Nintendo logo, and Pilotwings loads all the menus until the actual game, where it goes to black screen.

Ah... just found the multiadapter option (in LJP Other Options) -- might want to make it disabled by default in the next version It's enabled because of remaining stuff in the prefs file which was on this place before: I add new options at the end of the file but just before the lastSelectedGame-array. Means when you update the options are usually enabled because on this place was stored the beginning of the name of the last selected NES file. When installing from scratch, it is disabled.

Thanks for the update. ;D
About Mario Cart.....I also have the same issue with only the Nintendo logo and one beep and thats it. It did work previously though. I think I was using the version before the final 1.0 and it played just fine.

Figured out Mario RPG; it was a sticky prefs issue -- when I re-checked which core I was using, it was back to ASM instead of C. RPG now works Kart has the same issue everyone else is reporting. I've tried most of the settings permutations.

Try switching to C and using lightspeed. I find I have t do that for my favorite kirby games if I want around 45 fps. I'll test out mario kart on my centro when I get the time.

I take it you didn't read the rest of the thread? Kart doesn't work (still).

Has anyone found the reason though? The only idea that comes to me is the fact it was one of the 3D games for snes.

That's why the ini version thing exists (something that compares the first 4 bytes of the ljp.ini file with a constant in the code). IIRC it's right at PilotMain, if not just follow from there and you should spot it. Then increment it and the old file will become obsolete Well, this is why LJX uses real INi files anyway. Binary configuration files are b44d (BTW, there should probably be some LJX news next days since I'll have like 5 free days soon )

I think it stopped working in RC8?

at least, mariokart don't works, much better result with LJP rc8 with the zodiac 2 and warpspeed. I have tested multiplayer games only mariokart, with ljp 1.1, with options and multiplayer mode or not.

Don't you think I disabled this freaking thing by purpose? Anyway, please stop flooding the thread with "Mario Kart" isn't working posts. It doesn't make sense and isn't helpful at all. If you want you could play with Snes9x and see which option makes "Mario Kart" behave like in LJP.

Are there any specific options I should be looking for to compare it to LJP?

Hey I have a question, does anyone have any sugestions for making metal slug run faster, im gettin about 25 fps, just wandering if I should over clock? I have a Centro.

What frameskip are you using? The centro should be able to handle Metal Slug, as the 650 can. Try using frameskip 2 (not noticible), turn off smoothing, turn off scaling. Overclocking a bit (to 520 mhz) should help. I think that the centro is underclocked by default, however, only Lightspeed can clock it, not anything else.

Also try switching to ASM cpu Core. C is naturally slower.
