palm TX compatibility

hi, first of all thanks for this excellent piece of work ;D

i just buyed a palm TX and I can´t play games that I used to play with the palm zire72 (both with 1.0 RC8 version) some just show strange colors in the screen (like samurai showdown for SNES) and others force a soft reset (like king kong 2 for NES)

I can play other roms like Crono Trigger and Final Fantasy II.

I'm just using UDMH nothing like overclocking or MemUnfragment or DBCacheTool.

also tried the 1.1 version but I get the same.

are other people having this problem with the TX?

any ideas?

But I have to say that this doesn't look like an out of memory error (considering that you can run crono trigger) but more like good old fashioned file corruption or maybe these games require sound to be enabled...

Use 1.1 instead of RC8. The difference in stability is huge. And it has more features.

Did you check the ROM name on the on-screen menu/info? Your rom is damaged if it says "[bad checksum]".

I used 1.1 but got the same result
and yes the rom says bad checksum, but it does work on ZSNESW, the same rom, and there are a lot of roms that doesn't work on my TX, I don't think its roms errors, it's more a TX-ljp thing, because those roms files worked on the zire72

StarFox - Known incopatibility.
The others: Should work. Test in SNES9x because it is what LJP uses.

NES/GENZ: no idea. I use streets of rage and it works fine...
