"Any prevision, when the wide screen works in video options?"
Yes, in LJX

Let me try a translation: so, any previson for the wide screen works in video options? First round, insert the correct words: So, any provision for wide screen mode to be fixed in video options? Second round, fix grammar etc.: Hi Henk, are you planning to get wide screen mode working for LJP? Of course, he's already answered

And it does work, in the Zodiac.
MetaView, I told you to remove that button in non-zod devices so people wouldn't complain it had no effect ;D
And yeah, one of the next things I'm getting into LJX is rotation. I so want to play Genesis widescreen in my LD with the new filters ;D

Rotation was in LJP. But only in NES. (I think) How hard is it to get rotation? Bike or die and several other apps have it.

It really depends on how the screen is blitted. If it is with the standard Palm OS APIs, then it is easy (this is what BoD does). If it is a custom blitter like LJP, it is much harder, because you need to alter the graphics output to change how the screen is blitted entirely. This entails pretty much rewriting the blitter?

Or doing two blits. The thing is, either we rewreite all blitters to make possible on-the-fly rotation, or blit/scale to a temp buffer and then rotate that.

The second way works, but is slower.

Of course, that's exactly the problem. But I'm coming up with an intermediary solution for LJX
