I really like the Neo-Geo Pocket games. But they run really slow.
The PC Engine Emu crashes every time.

I take it you're new to LJP The PC Engine emulator doesn't exist; it is just a stub. There are no plans to implement it in LJP. NGP runs slow because your PDA isn't fast enough to emulate it quickly. I suggest reading through the documentation and the help threads on here for tips on speeding up your PDA and to find out about common new user problems.

The NGP emulator is very slow indeed because it emulates two very demanding processors (including a fast-clocked Z80) and requires very good syncronization between the two.

You could check the wiki. It's the codename for the new re-done version, biggest problem is me finding time to work on it ;D

No, he said too much of a hassle b/c it is too hard to debug. Tinnus said ljx would be easy, debug on pc then "port" to palm.

It works as good as the original emulator compatibility was. I don't know anything of emulating Atari consoles so I'm not fixing bugs anytime soon. I'm probably going to get a new codebase for LJX though.
About Genesis, try enabling Z80 for sound, and maybe using the C core if that still doesn't help.

A2600 is a real pain to emulate; there are a few emulators out there that do it correctly, but it's difficult. The reason for this is that the games were written against the actual hardware, not against an operating system -- people generated special effects based on how two chips on the PC board interacted, including taking into account that doing a specific action using one chip reliably caused an interrupt to be missed when polling another chip.
If you write an emulator just following the specs for the parts, it won't actually play all A2600 games; you need to emulate all the quirks of the actual system and how the parts interact in real life.
As a result, the 2600 is actually one of the most difficult systems to build an accurate emulator for. Most emulators just test against the published games, tweaking on a per-game basis until the games work as expected.

Tinnus - so how easy is it really? _Em - wow Em, you really do know everything (really!) i am impressed! & surprised to find A2600 VCS is so hard to emulate ... u learn something new every day

maxer (I know im not Tinnus): He said that it would be easy because he can debug on pc (with two windows, etc), then just switch to the palm BT. That is why LJX rocks. maxer (I know im not _Em): _Em does really know EVERYTHING! I really don't know how...

Yes, the thing works as follows. 1) Learn how to send data between PCs (easy). 2) Run two copies of the emulator in a loopback conenction to debug ;D 3) Develop MP architecture using NES a test platform. 4) Now PC version has MP for all platforms. 5) Learn how to send data between Palms. 6) Now PalmOS has multiplayer for all platforms. 7) Learn how to send data between PSPs. 8) Now PSP has multiplayer for all platforms. 9) Learn how to send data between PCs, PSPs, Palms and Pandoras. 10) 11) Profit!!! ;D ;D ;D

Maybe he could try out for some really big game show, and completely pwn in it. Or he could tell me where the white goes when the snow melts, because apparently he knows everything. Gameshows don't generally allow you to ask Google I can help you with the white though; when the snow melts, the white separates into separate colours, which then soak into the ground and/or evaporate into the air. Blue evaporates better than red, for example -- the ground ends up brown, the sky blue, the grass green, etc. This is why water is transparent; all the colour has already drained out of it Also, some white that is persistent just goes back up into the sky when the snow gets light enough that it can't hold onto the ground anymore. I love 3 year olds; they generally stop asking me "why" questions pretty fast
