Hi guys... I have a T5. When I launch the game, if I choose in video settings: - Any option except wide screen. The game runs ok.
- No smoothing and Wide screen. When I launch I see nothing.
- Smoothing activated (1, 2 or 3) and wide screen. I can see the video, but I miss half of the game, because it doesn't rotate the screen (stays vertical) so I see almost half of the below part empty and the right part of the game is not showing. Get what I mean?
- Smoothing activated (1, 2 or 3) and wide screen, and manually previously change to horizontal view. When I launch I see nothing. But when I click the screen to see the option menu, it shows perfectly the last frame that I should be seeing right before I click on the screen to go to options. See what I mean? If I put "back", it goes back to the game and shows nothing, and if I go to options again, it does the same, show the last frame.
Could it be that I need to install UDMH on my T5 ? The games I try to play are Super mario 3 and Tsubasa 2 (NES). Same thing happens to both. Thanks!! bye

Known feature (or rather the missing of it, wouldn't call it bug, just laziness...)

Yes, the "wide" feature was never properly implemented for devices other than the Zodiac. Which means it doesn't actually rotate the video.

It's a pity, because it seems like the only thing that is needed is to properly rotate the screen and nothing more =/

Rotating isn't as easy as it seems. If you do it the easy way it's another layer of blitting and that would reduce speed significantly.

Well, I kinda got over worrying with that, heh. Especially since we're not VERY active. But I'll be sure to start locking topics if we get it like 5 times a day like other forums

Just make sure everyone actually READS the readme before posting...make them sit for 2 minutes before they can click regester or something...

I'm not new to forums.. and I read the rules before posting. I used the search button but I couldn't find anything, I don't know why the button of "search" stayed static and I could not click on it.
Now I see that pressing F5 it works ok. Thx anyway.
