I'm having a problem where the individual settings for the games do not work after i close and re-open ljp. The games just play with the settings i have set for the system for games without individual settings. once i examine the individual game settings, they work, but if i close and open lpj i have to re-examine them every time for them to work. this happends for the belt bar setting as well although for that setting i actually have to change it everytime rather than just look at it. i am using a treo 680. does anyone have any idea why this is happening? i have done a clean install several times deleting all ini files.

You need to launch the game by clicking "Launch" first, then load any saves you got, don't just load the save from the launcher directly, that should make individual settings take affect for each game. |

On my T5, the 'new' beltbar will always switch to the 'old' one after I restart LJP.
Quite irritating...

Sorry for replying so late.
Yes, I've tried deleting the ini file, and re-installing.
Still shifts to the old bar.

The link in the OP and website do not allow me to download LJP1.2. Is there another place to get it? Why isn't the website allowing me to download? It says that I am not authorized to download...

Hi surprise from the 21st century... haha. There are still some of us here using the Palm happily and carry a Palm with a phone.
I'm writing because Dmitry Grinberg (PalmPowerups) has been remaking Palm (GarnetOS) to run on more modern hardware (dmitry.gr/?r=05.Projects&proj=27). To this end, just wondering if anyone still has the source or a download link to the latest source (archive.org has version 1.0.x source only) --- helps speed things up when it is recompiled apparently.
I'm excited for a modern Palm. Haha. I still use the Palm after leaving for a period of 10 years and came back to it... Nothing beats it for productivity... although the Samsung Note looks like the best alternative now (minus the distractions it bring too). |
