I can't use it yet on my Fat psp with 4.01 M33-2 is that because it isn't ready for that firmware yet??

It would work on any homebrew-enabled firmware for the fat, you may have not installed it correctly. What's the error you're getting?

ah yes I've installed it, It was working but rather slow, because I was playin one of the latest SNES games I guess (Tales of Phantasia), but if I put Frameskip on Auto it works rather normal, because it's not frameskipping too much but just as much as it needs

you probably didn't put it on 333mhz By the way there's a ps1 version of tales of phantasia that's a lot better looking than the snes version.. you can run it @ popsloader it's a japanese game, but it was fan-translated or just continue snes ofcourse up to you

I have the same problem as this dude. Sluggish play. About 75% speed. These are the settings I'm running to try to get Yoshi's Island and Starfox to work.
PSP Phat 4.01 M33-2 Kernel 1.50
Snes9xTYL 0.4.2me Engine: PSP accel. + approx soft Frameskip 0 Sound emulated, output Frequency 11025Hz Clockspeed 333MHz
Any ideas?

You most likely will never get full speed out of those 2, see the list of games that use the Super FX (or other special) chip
