Only one hard key response at a time on LifeDrive

Mabe its just my PDA but i cant hit more than one key at a time in the game boy emulator. I havent tried the other emulators yet but while playing megaman i noticed that i couldnt jump and shoot at the same time or jump and move forward. It makes the games allot harder to play when you have to jump and then try and get across a ledge witht the arrow key on the way down. I use a Lifedrive and things seem to work pretty well except for this. Is this a common problem or is it just my pda. If it is just my pda is there any way you could include a emulated button pad that you would use with the stylus so that i could hit a hard button on the palm and use the stylus to hit another one at the same time. eather that or just find out if there is a way to let multiple keys register at once.

That must be a problem with the LD as it seems to work for the rest of us... But I suppose you can jump and go right, for example?

Also a button press and a screen tap at the same time wouldn't work AFAIK.
