No chance, sorry . You COULD make it work possibly, but there is no chance of playability.

Why no playability? I have Nesen and Phoenix at the moment and they both run flawlessly O.o

Because LJP is meant for a memeory card. You would have to make a RAM card with Softic Ram Drive, and then somehow (Card Export?) put the files on it. Even then, you would need UDMH. And UDMH and Softick Ram Drive don't work together?

Unlike console makers such as Sony, Nintendo, and Microsoft, Palm has absolutely zero history of blocking software on their hardware that they don't want you to put on it. They won't support it if you brick your device doing something weird, but they won't go to any measures to actually keep you from putting whatever you want on it.
Any limitations to getting what you want on your Palm are entirely technical. And unfortunately, for the Z22 that's a big enough hurdle that you won't really be getting anything like zDoom or LJP running on it.

Hmm so your telling me theres no limitations... Yet when i rename a file(mp3 trick) and send it it gives me an error when syncing and refuses to send it cause its not a real mp3,pdb,prc etc. Could you explain how im not being restricted? Cause im pretty sure I am...

Lol...you're complaining because Palm's official hotsync program is smart about only allowing officially supported file types through it? There are plenty of other ways to get files onto a Palm device, and Palm, Inc doesn't care if you use them.
Unfortunately, without a memory card, there's both A) not much you can do with files other than those that are already supported, and B) not an easy way to get those files there.
Again, the limitation on your device is more of a technical nature than Palm conspiring to keep games off of your device. It just happens that you picked a really poor device for running homebrew.

An SD card provides a file system, something that PalmOS lacks.
Without this standard file system the software developers would have to rewrite every program and it would be a royal pain in the butt. So they use the file system provided by the SD card.
Go get yourself any other palm with a SD card slot and everything will work fine on the card. Only the Z22 of recent palms is so cheap it doesn't have a slot.

Umm, I have an issue I really hope one of you can help. Apparently whoever made Palm Os are a bunch of dumb nutss. How can you remove files off a full palm that wont open filex and freezes on the built in delete app. I get errors when turning it on cause its soo full.. Pisses me off that such an obvious issue exists..

Some thoughts of me about this stuff: I can play with LJP really well on all of my Palm devices, I can play MP3, simply very very much things, which the Z22 can´t. But for each of my devices I paid at least 200€ (~ 300$; not really since my Tungsten T2 was a donation) and the Z22 costs only 100€! There is a german byword: "Von nichts kommt nichts!" I would translate it freely: "Nothing comes from nothing." Yamagushi, be careful with complaining about Palm OS in front of people which really likes it. Although I agree with you that Palm OS is too old in several parts meantime. But we (the users) keep it still up! Can you find something like LJP for an other mobile OS? No, you can´t! This is also the fact for many other Palm OS application. And in the parts such as speed Palm OS is still number one. About suggestions to help you a little bit. Something was already mentioned. I´ll sumarize it: Softick Ram Drive can simulate cards on top of the internal memory. Please remember that your device has got only 20 MB of it! The application costs 8€. Softick Card Export II allows to access to the cards. ~12€ Z22 has only 160 x 160 pixel which can be a serious problem for many games. We are still waiting for a screen enlarger. It won´t ever come. UDMH can enlarge your working memory of course on cost of your DB Cache. Here you may really ask: "What!? DB Cache?" as newbie. Search engines are your friend. 10$ But before you do hard work in trying and pay ~ 40$ in the end for nothing I would suggest to look for an already used Palm OS 5.21 PDA like Tungsten T3 or Zire72. About your full problem. Quickly I can only recommend hard reset as solution. [EDIT:] But Coder12 suggestion is better. He has written his response faster.

Yea i had to end up doing hard reset to fix the issue... From now on ill make sure not to fill the memory up.. Thank god I synced recently so it was all backed up. I would think this would be something that would have been addressed before shipping these things.. Put some kind of limit to keep people from using more memory than it can handle. The average person buying this isnt going to think oh I better not fill up the memory or else it will run into errors... Anyway im gonna try out this Softic Ram Drive deal, Id assume the downfall of this is it uses memory slowing down emulators etc even worse?

I agree with you that Palm should have cared about that. They are concentrated to much on the Windows Mobile community. But the Z22 is designed to be an simple organizer which also can carry around some photos and some simple Palm OS games or other third party applications. So 20MB should be far enough for the normal user. If it works it the Ram Drive deal won´t slow down LJP since LJP is copying the current used emulation module and the current used game to the internal RAM before running the emulation! A small amount of free RAM will certainly avoid you to play SNES or Genesis games but there is still a chance that you´ll be able to play NES and GB games.

Yes, keep in mind you only have 160x160 pixels (not enough for SNES/Genesis/etc) and with so little memory you're not going to get anything but NES and GB anyways, which it sounds like you already have with the older Pheonix and NesEM emulators.
I really wouldn't bother wasting your money trying to get anything else to run on that thing.

Good news for me, I found out i can cut out the middleman(HotSync) and send straight to my Palm using my laptop's IR port. As for using it, I really want it for using gameboy with color, and using gbc games. I doubt im getting super nintendo lol. I also could use it for NES. NesEM has really nutsty graphics for some reason. 160x160 should be plenty to display NES properly, I believe NES was 160x140ish

NES resolution is actually 256 x 240. In practice, most games will still play fine on a 160x160 screen (I used to do it on my Treo 600), but you won't be able to read anything, so RPGs will pretty much be out.
