I've been interested in Wario Land 3 lately, and when I get to the Pool of Rain stage to do the beanstalk thing, I can't climb all the way up. I read about this on youtube, and I have to do something about the save files. It said how to do this on VisualBoyAdvance, but I have no idea for LJP. If anybody else has solved this problem, lend me your two cents.

I read about this on youtube, and I have to do something about the save files. It said how to do this on VisualBoyAdvance, but I have no idea for LJP. If anybody else has solved this problem, lend me your two cents. Okay, it's a little annoying, but here's what you can do; You can load up the game along with your save in VisualBoyAdvance and use the method shown on YouTube, then transfer the save to your SD card again to continue from after that point. If I recall, LJP uses .srm files as save game files, while VisualBoyAdvance uses .sav files. So here's what you do. These steps are EXTREMELY detailed so no mistakes should be possible. If so, let me know. 1.Copy the .srm file and the ROM of Wario Land 3 back to your PC. 2. Change the extension of the .srm file ("Wario Land III (U).srm") to .sav ("Wario Land III (U).sav") 3. Load up the ROM in Visual Boy. If it didn't automatically load up your save file, go to File > Import Battery and open up your .sav file. 4. Use the method that you found on YouTube to get past that point on Visual Boy. Get to a point where you can save your game. Then go to File > Export Battery Save . This will allow you to create another save file. I recommend exporting it to your desktop. 5. After you've exported it, give this new save the EXACT SAME NAME as the one on your SD card. Make sure you change the file extension to .srm , and then replace the save on your SD card with the one you just got from VisualBoy. Ta-Da! Not convenient, but it solves the problem.
