755p Gameboy problems

Ran it on my 650 for forever without a problem, but on my new 755p it has no sound and as soon as you tap the screen to bring up the menu, it locks the phone.

Launching it with a toolbar and hitting the HOME button also locks the system.

Any thoughts?
