new centro, now it says my snes roms are corrupt?

I've had a 650 for over 2 years and had no problems at all with LJP except for the occasional freeze and crash.

I just got a Centro a week ago and copied my files to a brand new micro card and everything worked great except snes. Quite a few games are saying

ROM [bad checksum]
Type [0046 (this number varies game by game)] LoRom Corrupt

Some games have a distorted picture, some are green screened and for some the screen just stays black.

I was running RC7 before so I upgraded to 1.0. This didn't make any difference so I upgraded to 1.2 (which is awesome) and it is still doing it.

I have replaced my .zem and .ini files a few times and it doesn't make any difference.

I moved all my 1.2 stuff back to the 650 (with the same roms, file setup, and basically the exact same setup overall) and the games worked fine.

There doesn't appear to be any similarities between the games that do and don't work. For example FF1, 2, and 3 work fine but 4 and 5 will not. BofF 1 will work but BofF 2 will not. Many games on the list as working for Centro don't work.

Does anyone have any idea what I can do to fix this?

I tried the best I can to look around the boards for solutions before asking.

Could it really be that the roms are bad even though they work on my 650 with the same exact setup?

Thank you so much, I will definitely try this. I was so worried it was just my Centro. I have another card so I'll check into that as well.

On a side note I just want to say how amazing LJP is! Everyone who has contributed to it's creation and upkeep deserves a big kudos. It is the single most impressive smart phone application I have ever seen.
