I need help

My brother recently gave me a Sd card, And i looked up vids on how to install LJp.
They always go to the Palm file in my computer and they click on a folder called "programs" Mine doesnt have the folder and idk if i just make a new one if it will work

and when i connect my phone to the usb it wont show up in my computer idk what to do

You have to create a directory called programs in the Palm folder. Then create a LJP folder and copy all that stuff in there.
