When I start up on my Tungsten T, OS5 is gives me an error, "cannot sys_alloc 262176 Bytes free ram:364/255kb" is there just not enough ram?

You`re right that it just doesn't have enough free ram at one piece. What emulator system did you use? Have you already tried UDMH or More Heap Hack (MHH)?
