THE CHEATS (HELP ME YOYOFR!!!!!)

Hello,
Can someone help me understand why this happens?:
I have RAW cheats that I enter in on my SNES9x emulator on my computer. They work PERFECTLY! Then when I enter them on SNES9x TYL on my PSP, some don't work! I don't understand this!
WHY!?!?!?!

For example:
Zelda - A Link to The Past

RAW cheat:
Max Hearts & Infinite Life
7EF36D:A0

SNES9x= ;D
SNES9x TYL=

PLEASE TRY THIS FOR YOUSELF!
PLEASE REPLY!

The cheats do not work with the latest build of Snes9xTYL, they were disabled (accidently or on purpose, I do not know)

Search around for either Ruka's build or Chillywilly's build for versions that have cheats working - the links are surely somewhere around on this forum... I have long since lost them.

Ruka's build still requires the 1.5 kernel, Chillywilly's does not (i.e. it can run on a slim)
