Just a thought, maybe someone with great PSP skills

could make a windows app that converts a .smc to .pbp so that you can emulate SNES games straight from the XMB. So that it acts like an official game... and add it so that you can include icons and sound? anyway just a thought

It seems kind of counterproductive to build-in the emulator to each seperate rom..

The reason this works for ps1 games is because the emulator itself is built-in to the firmware. Maybe it would be possible to build a plugin that would allow for this kind of behaviour, I don't know !
